[color = # 0000CD] Blue: [/ color] The status has not yet been determined

[color = # FF0000] Red: [/ color] The BES Service has not started

Gray: There is no read permission of the BES in the account created for its management

Black: The status is "Not Available"


Other possibilities:


Green with a question mark: The BES needs to be refreshed

Green with a red blade: The BES is not connected to the Blackberry infrastructure

Gray with a red cross: The Exchange Server where the administration account for the BES is created is not available.
