Once the appointment is made, the technician will ask you to perform some operations on your phone:
- Remove the protective cover from your phone. If your model is fitted with a glass or protective film, you can leave it in place.
- Consider updating iOS.

- iPhone SE, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and older models, it will take 55 euros to get a battery change.

Attention Apple sometimes refuses to change the battery of a damaged iPhone. This is particularly the case for phones with a cracked screen. This component, once damaged, can prevent the installation of a new battery.
