That said, a few parameters need to be determined in order to better exploit it. What are the steps to follow to connect a Bluetooth speaker with your smartphone?
Regardless of the device to be connected with your Bluetooth speaker, you must first activate the Bluetooth functionality of your new device. The procedure is roughly the same for pairing with an Android phone, Windows phone or an iPhone. Most often, the activation of the speakers' Bluetooth is done automatically as soon as you turn it on.
Connect a Bluetooth speaker with Android smartphones
To be able to listen to music via your Android smartphone, here are the steps to follow:
- Once the Bluetooth of the two devices is connected, the Smartphone must be placed near the speaker
- Wait for the speaker's Bluetooth to appear on your Smartphone screen (most often, the name of the speaker or its brand is displayed)
- Press this name and the pairing will take place automatically.
Connecting a Bluetooth speaker with an iPhone
After verifying that your iPhone is up to date, here are the procedures to follow:
- Access your iPhone settings
- Press Bluetooth (gray? Green button)
- Check if Bluetooth is activated using the button (green).
If a PIN code is requested, it must be entered. If you do not know it yet, do not hesitate to consult the user guide for your Bluetooth speaker.
Bluetooth speaker pairing with Windows phone
To be able to connect a Bluetooth speaker with a device responding to the Windows phone system, here are the steps not to be missed:
- Access the main menu
- Go to "? Parameter?"
- In "system?", Select Bluetooth
- Activate Bluetooth (by dragging the slider)
- Once the list of connected devices is displayed, choose the device you want to connect
- Confirm the connection of the two devices by pressing ok.
