How to disable MySQL Installer is running in Community mode CMD popup window Windows 10 ManifestUpdate
Step 1
For this we open the Task Scheduler from Start or from the Control Panel :

In the scheduler we go to "Task Scheduler Library - MySQL - Installer":

There we right click on "ManifiestUpdate" and select the "Disable" option:

We can see that the task that opens this CMD window has been disabled:
With these simple steps we will prevent this ManifiestUpdate window from running automatically in Windows 10.
