1st step: Home page

Log into your PayPal account on your computer. On the home page, click the " Send Money " button .

Step 2: Define the recipient

Now enter the email address of the person who should receive the money. Alternatively, you can also select a person from your contacts. Then click on " Next ".

Step 3: Determine the amount of money

Now enter the amount that you want to send. Under " Add message " you can leave a message for the recipient. Then click on " Next ".

4th step: Send payment

Now you can check everything again before you complete the process. You can also change the type of transaction. To do this, click the " Change " button next to " Send money to friends or family ". When everything is ready, all you have to do is select " Send payment now ".

1st step: Home page

Open the PayPal app and tap the " Send " button at the bottom left .

Step 2: Select recipient

Enter the recipient's name , email address, or mobile phone number . Via " Add contacts " you can access your phone book and transfer contacts from it to PayPal.

Step 3: Determine the amount of money

In this step you specify the amount to be sent. Confirm your entry with " Next ".

4th step: Choose the type of recipient

In this step you may have to select what the payment is for. The transfer is free of charge for “ friends and family ”. On the other hand, if you select the “ Goods and Services ” option , the recipient will have to pay a transfer fee.

5th step: Send payment

At the end you will see all the information in the overview. Before sending the money, you should check these details. With the button " Add message " you can send the recipient a personal message with the transfer. Finally, the money is transferred with a click on " Send now> ".
