If you have WhatsApp Web enabled on your PC (web.whatsapp.com), you won't receive notifications on your watch.  Close any WhatsApp Web browser tabs that are open and you'll begin receiving notifications on your watch.

In order to use WhatsApp on Samsung Galaxy Watch, you have to follow these steps:

  1. Go to WhatsApp settings and make sure that pop-up notifications are active.
  2. Download Samsung Wearable to your phone from the Google Play Store.
