Order management (INVOICES) in PrestaShop

When you are managing a store it is very common to have to deal with several orders, bill them and provide an adequate post-sales support. PrestaShop allows the management to be more pleasant and efficiently manage the purchases made, together with the purchase vouchers and possible returns.

In the "Orders" tab you can see all the information related to purchases made in the store. They are organized by date in descending order.

In turn, you can filter the results to quickly find a completed transaction.

To see the details of the orders you have to click on the line corresponding to the order. Then in the detail sheet of the order you will access a new page to expand the information.

With these options you can access the order status as well as your history.
You can also know the shipping information, the total weight of the merchandise and who is the responsible carrier. Other information is related to the mode of payment used, the cost of the products involved and the cost of shipping.

In the shipping address section "you can see an icon with the letter G that refers to Google Maps so that this service can locate the address on a map.

If desired you can send a message to the clients. This option is found in the "New message" section (at the bottom of the page). In the message you can send information regarding the order, delay time and send offers and promotions when they are presented.

When an order has been validated, an invoice must be sent to the customer. It can be downloaded from the summary of the order by clicking on the option that says invoices, in turn the customer can access it when entering your account.
It is also possible to print the invoices, for that you have to go to the tab of invoices, tab orders and select the option to print invoices in PDF.

Customers can request their invoices in their own user account (order history).
