Test Creative maps to practice

The first few games of each new Fortnite  season tend to be a lot easier than the competitive games you got used to in the previous season. When a new season kicks off, all Fortnite player levels  are reset and even the most experienced players encounter bots in their early games..

The number of bots you see in the game will be reduced as the game may say you need better, and you will start to be put in games with almost no bot at all. While this is the perfect situation for most players looking to succeed in the higher game, you might also want to spend more time in bot games for more practice.

Unlike many shooting games, bots in Fortnite  can turn out to be powerful opponents at times, as some of them can complete complex building routines..

Here's how to be in games with bots in Fortnite .

The second count method

As you progress through the season, Fortnite  can understand that you've racked up enough experience to finally start playing in games filled with real players. You will therefore have to make the system believe that you have only just started and one of the best ways to do this is to either create a new account or invite a level 1 account to your game..

If you choose to create a new account or continue to play in bot games, your progress will be cut in half, which is not at all ideal for most players. You will need an additional device to play on in Fortnite  for cross-platform games and invite a level 1 player to your game.

Create a new account on a secondary device and invite yourselves through the primary account in the same game as you. Once you start to enter the same queue, the system will avoid getting you into the more difficult games, so you should enter a game with a good number of bots.

The limited selection method

Without player level in the equation, Fortnite typically  adds bots in games where there are not enough players in the matchmaking selection. Considering the size of the gaming community on Fortnite , this is usually not a problem unless you adjust your matchmaking options.

Changing your region to one that is in a different time zone or disabling cross-platform compatibility will limit player selection in games.

Once these options have been adjusted, return to the Game Mode menu. Select each Game Mode and you should notice a yellow wire that says "Limited Selection". This means that there will not be many players in this matchmaking selection for the mode in question and it will take a while to enter a game. When this is the case, you will start to encounter bots in your games in order to reduce the waiting time.

Test Creative maps to practice

Playing against bots is generally good practice for both new and experienced players. While veterans can warm up by taking down bots, it will help newbies adjust to Fortnite .

But as you may have seen, the first two methods will require you to jump through some rings. There are countless Creative maps in Fortnite  and most of them also include bots. From sniping skills to construction, you'll be able to practice all aspects of Fortnite  in the creative maps.

After launching a Creative map, you should be greeted with checks and an explanation of everything you can do on this server. There will also be Creative maps which will have their own matchmaking pool, which means that you can challenge other players who will be playing on the same map as you.
