Log in to web.de and click on " More " above . Then go to " Settings " on the left to access them .

2nd step:

Click on " POP3 / IMAP retrieval " on the left and then check " Allow POP3 and IMAP access " on the right. Then you still have to click on " Save ".

3rd step:

Open Outlook and click on " File " in the upper left corner . Then select " Add Account ".

4th step:

Enter your email address and click on " Advanced Options ". Then check the box next to " I want to set up my account manually " and select " Connect ".

5th step:

In the next step, click on " IMAP ".

6th step:

Then you have to enter your password and click on " Connect ".

Your account is now set up. All you have to do is click on " Process Complete ". You can easily manage your web.de mails via Outlook.
