As we have Iphone we can not remove the battery and put it in case we hang the phone, we have to perform this procedure that does not alter anything of the Iphone, this procedure is NOT to return it to the factory origin, so do not worry about doing it.

We keep pressing the button (home) image durante 10 segundos , el Iphone debería apagarse completamente y ya estaría realizado el reseteo completamente. and the on / off at the same time for 10 seconds , the Iphone should be completely turned off and the reset would be completed completely.

Then we light up normally.
