How to delete payment information
From iPhone or iPad
- Go to Settings> iTunes Store and App Store
- Click on your Apple ID and then See Apple ID
- Choose payment details
- Choose the None option to remove any payment information
- Press OK
- Your Credit Card is removed.
From Mac or Windows
- Open iTunes on Mac or PC
- From the menu select Account> View my account
- Enter the password and then click on View account
- Go to the Payment method tab and then Edit
- Select the option None
- Click Accept
- Your Credit Card is removed
Reasons why payment information cannot be deleted
Following these steps above, you may have the problem that the None option does not appear on both iOS and desktop . There are a number of reasons why Apple doesn't allow you to remove the payment method, and generally these are:

You owe Apple money: Normally when you make a purchase on iTunes or the App Store, payment takes a few hours or days. During this period you are owing money to Apple, so until the collection is made and you are at 0 debts, you cannot eliminate the payment method.
You are subscribed to a service through the Apple ID: If for example you have a subscription to Apple Music, iCloud Drive or any service contracted through the Apple Store, such as Netflix or Spotify, you cannot eliminate the payment method. To do this you must first cancel the automatic renewal of that subscription and then eliminate the payment method.

You use Family Sharing: Automatically to use Family Sharing, a payment method is recalled, ergo it is impossible to delete it until you unlink the Family Sharing account. Similarly, if you are not the administrator of that family, you will not be able to change this method either.
These are usually the three reasons why Apple does not allow to withdraw the payment method. There are others, such as changing countries or regions of residence, although they do not usually occur as often.
