Error 0x8e5e03fb windows 10 update [SOLVED]

A few months ago this error appeared for a Windows 10 update:

Whenever I turned on my laptop, Windows Update tried to install this update, this error always appeared. Now I do not see this, but I did see a similar error with the update KB3213986, trying to install it repeatedly but with the same result that there was an error and with the option to retry. Currently I see 2 updates with error, I copy them below:

This already has me quite upset, since when trying to update my laptop overheats, now I realized that I can not update the Nvidia driver either, apparently because the Windows Update updates are pending. My laptop is a HP ENVY 15-q002la Notebook PC, 12 GB of RAM, 2 GB of Nvidia video, Intel Core I7 processor, which I initially bought with Windows 8.1 but was upgraded to Windows 10.

Method 1: Disconnect the removable media from the computer . 

You have to unplug all removable media computer, such as removable disks (Blu-ray, DVD, CD), memory cards (CompactFlash card, Secure Digital card, Memory Stick) and USB flash drives, except mouse and keyboard 

These means Removable files can cause this problem during the Windows update. 
Restart the computer in Clean Start.

Method 2: Perform clean start

• Choose Command Prompt (Admin)

• Stop the BITS, Cryptographic, MSI Installer, and Windows Update Services by typing the following commands at a command prompt:
• Net stop wuauserv (14)
• net stop cryptSvc (14)
• Net stop bits
• net stop msiserver
• Press Enter after each command you enter
• Rename the SoftwareDistribution folder and Catroot2 folder by typing the following commands at the command prompt and pressing Enter after each command:
• ren C: WindowsSoftwareSales SoftwareSales.old
• ren C: WindowsSystem32catroot2 Catroot2.old
• Restart BITS, Cryptographic, MSI Installer, and Windows Update Services by typing the following commands at the command prompt:
  • Net stop wuauserv (14)
  • net stop cryptSvc (14)
  • Net stop bits
  • net stop msiserver
• Type Exit at the prompt to close it

Try running Windows Updates again to see if the problem is resolved.
