1. Swipe up or down to access the Applications screen
2. Enter Settings
3. Select Notifications
4. Press Balloons notf. Of applications
5. Activate the switch to the right
6. Go to the bottom for more options
7. You can choose if you want to see the notification balloons with or without a number
8. Activate Show notifications switch
9. Go to the home screen
10. Press and hold on the application that has the notification balloon

Ready! As simple as that you can activate notifications balloons in the applications
