You can cancel your premium membership on Xing at any time. Please note, however, that you must cancel at least three weeks before the current term expires if you do not want to pay for the next term as well. If you have booked several premium options, such as Xing Premium and Xing ProJobs at the same time, you must cancel both options individually. To cancel your membership, open the Xing cancellation page via the following link: https://www.xing.com/upsell/cancellations/requests/premium/new . Then log in there with your access data to see the content of the page. There you then enter a reason for the termination. Once you have clicked your way through the cancellation process, you will receive an email to verify your identity. Only in this email you will find a link that will lead you to the actual cancellation process. If you now click on " declare cancellation ", you have successfully completed the cancellation. If you wish, you can also submit your cancellation in writing. Include your contact details as well as the contract and customer number in your letter to make it easier to assign your profile when you cancel. You can then submit this not only as a letter, but also as an e-mail or fax. Just make sure that you keep the notice period of three weeks and that you include the processing time of your request.
