Tired of entering your contact information over and over on a web page? AutoFill from Google Chrome is no longer necessary. Auto-fill has long been part of the browsing experience. This allows you to save certain data such as name, address, telephone number, etc. in your browser and then automatically fill out forms that you can find online.

How to use the AutoFill feature in Chrome

Desktop

Follow our step-by-step instructions or take a look at the brief instructions .

1st step:

Open Google Chrome on your computer. Then click on the three-point menu at the top right and then select the " Settings " entry from the menu that appears .

Now click on " Addresses " under the " AutoFill " category .

Activate the function by clicking on the switch . To save a new form, click the " Add " button .

Then enter all the necessary information. Then click on " Save ".

The information has now been saved and can be used by Chrome as soon as you need it. This could be the case, for example, if you have to order something and give your address. Click next to an entry to the three-point menu to advanced options to see it.
