In Microsoft Outlook you can organize your e-mails in folders and sub-folders. You can also drag folders to other folders or delete them entirely. However, if a folder disappears for no reason, it is annoying.

Find folder in inbox

It is possible that you accidentally deleted or moved an Outlook folder using a keyboard shortcut. If this happens to you and you can't find the folder at first sight, don't panic. Browse other folders and subfolders to see if the folder has been moved to an unexpected location.

Recover deleted folders from the trash

A folder may have been deleted without your knowledge. If you find that a folder is missing, you can search for the folder in the Outlook Recycle Bin.

1st step:

Open the " Deleted " folder by clicking the arrow in front of it. Find the missing folder in it, right-click it, then choose Move Folder .

2nd step:

Now select the folder to which you want to move the retrieved folder. Then click " OK " and the folder is back in place.

Repair Outlook

1st step:

Close Outlook, then right-click the " Start " button in the lower left. Then select " Apps and Features ".

2nd step:

3rd step:

4th step:
