By the way: Amazon returns are free of charge if you send them back because of a defect or the wrong size. If you just don't like the article, you may have to pay up to € 3.50 return shipping costs. These are automatically deducted from the refund.

1st step

Log in to Amazon and go to the "My Orders" overview . Find the order you want to return from the list and click on " Return or replace item " or " Return item ".

2nd step

Highlight the items you want to return, look next to " Why do you want to return the item?" "Choose a reason and then click" Next ".

3rd step

Select the type of reimbursement you want and then click " Next ".

4th step

You can now choose a return method. Select one of the options here that do not require a printer . The options available to you here depend on your location and the products you are returning. Then click on “ Confirm return ”.

5th step

You will now receive a return email from Amazon that contains a QR code . Bring the package to a parcel shop or branch of the shipping company you selected in step 4. Show the QR code there. 5. Bring the package to a parcel shop of the selected shipping company and show the QR code that Amazon will send you.
