Have you received the corona vaccination and would now like to load the digital vaccination certificate onto your mobile phone? We'll show you how it's done!

If you have been vaccinated against corona at the vaccination center or your doctor, you should have received a document with the name "EU DIGITAL COVID IMPFZERTIFIKAT". You can use the QR code shown on it to access your digital vaccination certificate. We'll show you how this works in the following.

Note: If you did not receive the vaccination certificate at the time of vaccination, you can get it at the pharmacy together with your vaccination certificate and your ID card. Here you can check which pharmacies offer this service: https://www.mein-apothekenmanager.de/

This is how you get the digital vaccination certificate on your mobile phone

You can upload the digital vaccination certificate in various apps, but we recommend the official app of the Robert Koch Institute "CovPass", which you should download first:

• CovPass for iPhone

After installing the app, follow our step-by-step instructions or take a look at the brief instructions ..

1st step:

Open CovPass and tap the bottom of " Let's go ".

2nd step:

You will now be shown some hints. After reading it, just tap " Next ". In the information on data protection, scroll down to the bottom and confirm with " All clear ".

3rd step:

Now the app is ready to go. To upload your vaccination certificate, first tap on the blue plus below .

4th step:

Then go to " Scan QR code " and allow the app to access your mobile phone camera. Without the camera, the QR code cannot be loaded into the app.

5th step:

Now scan the QR code on your vaccination certificate by simply holding the mobile phone camera over it.

6th step:

The app automatically loads all data about your vaccination. Above you can see when you are fully vaccinated . " Show current QR code " will take you to your vaccination certificate, which you can show if required. Below you will find your detailed vaccination certificate .

quick start Guide

1. Open the CovPass app and tap " Let's go ".
2. Then tap " Next " through a few instructions. Do not forget to confirm the data protection information with " Everything is clear ".
3. When you have read all the instructions, tap on the blue plus at the bottom .
4. Then go to " Scan QR code " and then allow the app to access your smartphone camera.
5. Now hold your mobile phone over the QR code on the vaccination certificate and all the data will be loaded into your app.
6. " Show current QR code " will take you to your digital vaccination certificate, which you can present if required.
