The Google Play Store usually updates itself - like most apps and applications on your smartphone - automatically. However, if you find yourself having trouble with the store, you may be able to manually install an update that fixes problems (such as crashes or connection errors). If you have such problems with individual apps, you may need to update them directly.

Update the Google Play Store

Open your Google Play Store and press your profile picture in the top right to open the menu .

Scroll down and select " Settings ".

Select the " Info " item .

At the bottom you will find the item " Play Store Version ", which shows you the current version of your Play Store.

Update apps and games

Open the menu via your profile picture and go to " Settings ".
