Register on Instagram via the app

1. First, you have the Instagram app from the Google Play Store (Android) or the App Store (iPhone) Download and install it.  
2. Now start the app and go to " Register " at the bottom right .
3. You now have two different options for registering: You can log in directly via your Facebook account . This has the advantage that a lot of the required data is already filled in automatically . It also suggests people with whom you are already friends on Facebook and who are also active on Instagram. However, you can also use the "manual" registration , in which you have to fill in all the data yourself.
4. If you have opted for "manual" registration, you must provide your telephone number or your e-mail address . Then enter your full name and a password . Finally, set your user name .

You can either sign in with your Facebook account, email address, or phone number.

Register on Instagram via the browser

1. First go to the Instagram website : www.instagram.com .
2. Click on " Register " below .
3. Now you can log in directly via your Facebook account . This will automatically fill in much of the required data for you. In addition, people will be suggested to you with whom you are already friends on Facebook and who are also active on Instagram. However, you can also use the " manual" registration , in which you have to fill in all the data yourself.
