Are you tired of Zattoo Premium or Ultimate? Then simply cancel your subscription..

With Zattoo you can watch television over the Internet. The basic version mainly only covers the public broadcasters. However, additional channels can also be activated with a subscription. But once completed, the Internet TV subscription is automatically renewed for another month. Timely termination is therefore important.

How to end your Zattoo subscription

Follow our step-by-step instructions or take a look at the brief instructions .

1st step:

Visit the Zattoo website . On the left side you will find the item " Settings ". In the settings there is a sub-item " Account ". Click there on " Manage my account ".

2nd step:

In your account overview you will find the item " Subscriptions " very far below . Your completed subscriptions are displayed here. Click on the subscription that you want to cancel.

3rd step:

You will now see further data on this subscription. There is no direct possibility of immediate termination. However, you can click the slider next to " Automatic renewal ". This should then be on "Off" (gray). This means that your subscription will not be extended any further. Please note that you must end this automatic renewal at least one day before the subscription expires , otherwise another paid month will begin.

By the way: You can also cancel Zattoo on your smartphone or tablet. For Apple devices, you need to access your iTunes & App Store account to view your subscriptions there. For Android devices, your subscriptions are managed via the Google Play Store app. You can use this to cancel your subscription..
