1st step:

Open the " Run " dialog by pressing the key combination [Windows] + [R] . Enter " control userpasswords2 " and press the [Enter] key to confirm .

2nd step:

Now select the account whose name you want to change. Then click on " Properties ".

3rd step:

Now you can enter a new name . Confirm your entry with " OK ".
