The Galaxy S10 comes with Bluetooth 5.0 similar to the Galaxy S9 and several other flagships currently available. Bluetooth problems are quite common in almost all devices; However, several users with a Galaxy S10 have been reporting several Bluetooth models with their new device .
Possible solutions:

Delete the Bluetooth cache:
- Go to Settings> Applications , press the three-point button to select Show system applications . Scroll down until you find Bluetooth and click the Clear cache button to clear all pairing histories and start over at this point to eliminate any conflicts.
- If you can not transmit audio via Bluetooth, we suggest you check the Bluetooth device manual to make sure which Bluetooth audio codec is compatible with your phone. Once you have discovered this, simply follow these steps:
- Unlock developer options on your Galaxy S10.
- Go to Settings> About Phone> Software Information> give Build Number 7 times.
- Return to the Settings menu , scroll to the bottom and select Developer Options.
- Scroll to the Networks section and then tap the Bluetooth audio codec and select the audio codec compatible with the device.
- If you can not find out which audio codec is compatible with the Bluetooth device, simply select All codecs.

Delete and then relink the Bluetooth device profile from your Galaxy S10:
- Go to Settings> Connections> Bluetooth .
- Give it the configuration icon next to the name of the Bluetooth device with which it has problems and then tap Unpair .
- Reboot your Galaxy S10 and re-pair the Bluetooth device with your Galaxy S10.

Reset the network settings on your device.
- Go to Settings> General Administration> Reset> Reset network settings .
- Tap Reset .
