My Amazfit gts watchface is FROZEN.  It's not possible to swipe to settings. When I push the button a long time to turn it off. its starts to vibrate uncontrollably for s full minute.  My phone  an also not find the watch in order to connect. It is fully charged. It shows only half a frozen watchface. The watch was rather expensive and I really like it. PLEASE HELP
