Youtube has a Web version that is usually accessed from your computer's browser. However, there is also an official YouTube app for mobile devices such as iPhone or Android. Although generally the Web versions usually have a greater number of options, the truth is that on Youtube it may seem the opposite. For example, many users complain that in the Web version of YouTube they cannot rewind or fast forward the videos by several seconds without having to use the play bar. Fortunately YouTube offers keyboard shortcuts for PC users.

As we already told you on TechnoWikis, the videos played in the YouTube app you can automatically rewind or fast forward several seconds just by clicking on one of the video edges. This is really useful since it allows you to go forward or backward in the playback of YouTube videos without having to use the playback bar, which is usually less accurate..

However, this can only be done if your device is tactile and generally the screens of computers and laptops are not. Fortunately YouTube offers keyboard shortcuts for computer users that can be used and take advantage of them to gain an experience similar to that of a touch screen device.

Youtube keyboard shortcuts are a combination of keys that allow you to control the playback of the platform's videos from the browser version on a computer with operating systems such as Windows, Mac, Linux and Chrome OS. The truth is that these shortcuts have been available for quite some time, but YouTube keeps them hidden or without giving them too much diffusion..

The keyboard shortcuts for YouTube are a real blessing, however, by putting a but, it must be said that these are not customizable.

That said, below we show you all the Yotube keyboard shortcuts so that you can use them on your computer and thus improve the user experience in controlling the playback of videos:
