Despite the georestrictions, it is possible to play at Forza Street in our flat country, we explain how to do it.
Because of the economic model on which the mobile adaptation of the Forza racing games series is based, Belgium is deprived of Forza Street. The fact is that the game, free-to-play, includes a loot box system, namely paid surprise boxes which are considered to be gambling by the Belgian authorities and therefore prohibited in their current form.
Let players be reassured, like Mario Kart Tour or Call of Duty: Mobile, it is possible to play at Forza Street from Belgium. However, it will be tricky to be able to take advantage of it. You have two options: create a new Apple account in another country or locate yourself abroad.
Option 1: Change your place of residence
The simplest solution is to replace your country of residence on your current Apple account. To do this, go to the settings of your iPhone, iPad or iTouch, press your name and select iTunes Store and App Store, finally press your Apple ID.
Then go to "Country / Region" then to "Modify the country or region". Then choose a new country such as France and confirm the change.
You will need to specify a correct local address - a quick tour on Google Maps will allow you to easily fill in the requested information -, as well as a telephone number. For the payment method step, you can simply choose "none".
Option 2: Create a new Apple account
Another solution: create a foreign Apple account. Obviously, it is crucial to choose a country in which the game is available, notably France.
To do this, head to iTunes or Apple to create a new Apple ID. Fill in the requested information while being careful to indicate a country in which the game is available.
On the next page, Apple will ask you for additional personal information, including a method of payment and a billing address.
As with the previous solution, you can skip the payment method step by selecting "none". Regarding the billing address, you must fill in the field. If you don't know the street name of the country you have chosen, a quick tour of Google Maps will help you solve this.
Once you have validated your registration, log in with your new account on the App Store to download Forza Street. You can then resume your regular Apple account if you wish.
