Step 1

 netsh advfirewall firewall set rule group = "File and Printer Sharing" new enable = Yes

3 . Enable or disable Windows 10 file and printer sharing from PowerShell

Step 1

For this we open PowerShell as administrators and if we want to activate sharing we execute the following:
 Set-NetFirewallRule -DisplayGroup "File and Printer Sharing" -Enabled True
