- Launch your web browser
- Open the home page of the Free Mobile site available at this address: https://mobile.free.fr/
- Click on the subscriber area button in the upper corner
- Enter your login details
- Then press the my options section placed in the sidebar
- A new window will appear with the list of services associated with your subscription
- Look for the 5G service section
- Check the corresponding box to activate the option
- The green check mark will appear on your device screen
On the iPhone the procedure is slightly different. Before you start, remember to update your phone to at least iOS 14.3 version. Then don't forget to restart your phone after the update is installed.
Then open the iPhone settings, click on cellular data and then on options. In the voice and data section, make sure that the 5G auto option is activated.
