Your history is also saved in the Google Play app on Android. However, if you prefer to delete your old search queries, we will show you below how to clear the history in the Google Play Store in just a few steps.

How to clear the search history on the Google Play Store

Note: This method will delete the Play Store history on a single device as it is only stored locally. If you use multiple devices with your account, you must delete the deletion process on each device.

1st step:

Open the Google Play Store, then tap the circle with your profile picture in the top right corner .

2nd step:

Now you have to open the " Settings ".

3rd step:

In the settings, first tap on " General ". Further options open up. Select " Account and device settings " here .

4th step:

Now you need to scroll down a little. There you will find the item " Delete search history on the device ". Click it to clear your Google Play history on that device.

5th step:

Now confirm again that you want to " delete history ". Your search history is then emptied.
