An Amazon order should not always be permanently visible - for example, if an entire family only uses one Amazon account. Whether it's a birthday surprise or a spicy toy - you can hide the order with just a few clicks. The magic word used to be "hide the order", but now you have to "archive the order".

Hide Amazon order

Attention: if an order is hidden in your account, it is not completely gone. It is simply no longer displayed in the normal order overview.

Follow our step-by-step instructions or take a look at the quick start guide ..

By the way: At the moment, orders can only be hidden using the browser version of Amazon. It doesn't work in the Amazon app. But you can simply open the browser on your smartphone (usually Chrome for Android and Safari for iOS devices). Log in there as you would on your computer and then follow our instructions.

1st step:

Open Amazon and go to " My Orders ". You can find this on the computer via " Hello, [Name]" and then " My orders ". To do this, use the account overview in the app.

In " My Orders " you can then search for the relevant order at the top right. You can also set the period from which orders should be displayed. If you have found your order, you have to click on " Archive order " below .

Now you have to click on " Archive order " again to hide the item. It will then no longer appear in the order history.
