1st step:

In the Amazon app on your smartphone, tap on the symbol with the man at the bottom of the screen to open your account information. Once there, tap on " My Orders ".

2nd step:

Now select the order from which you want to cancel the item.

3rd step:

Now scroll down a bit and then tap on the " Cancel order " button .

4th step:

Then select the items you want to cancel and optionally enter a reason for cancellation . Then tap on " Cancel marked articles " to confirm the action.

On the Amazon website, hover over " Account and Lists " in the top right corner . Then select " My Orders " from the menu .

2nd step:

Now look for the order from which you want to cancel one or more items. Then click on the button " cancel article " behind it .

3rd step:

You can then give a reason for your cancellation, but this is optional. To complete the process, click on the " Cancel selected items in this order " button .
