In the following, we will show you how you can change your password for logging in to Instagram. After the change, you will have to log in again on all devices on which you use Instagram. Changing the password is also a good way of logging out of Instagram on all devices at the same time.

1st step:

In the Instagram app, tap your profile picture at the bottom right to go to your profile.

2nd step:

From there, tap the burger menu in the top right corner and then select " Settings ".

3rd step:

Then select " Security ".

4th step:

It continues with " Password ".

5th step:

Now enter your old and twice your new password . Confirm by tapping the blue tick at the top right.

6th step:

The password was then successfully changed. You will now be automatically logged out of Instagram on all devices. In order to be able to use the service, you have to log in again with your new password.

1st step:

Go to your profile picture in the top right corner . In the menu that opens, select " Settings ".

2nd step:

In the bar on the left go to " Change password ". Now you have to enter your old password and then the new password twice . At the end, confirm by clicking on " Change password ". This will automatically log you out of Instagram on all devices. To be able to use the service again, log in with your new password.

1. Open your profile by tapping your profile picture or the male in the lower right corner.
2. Now unfold the menu by going to the burger menu in the upper right corner .
3. At the bottom, tap Settings .
4. Then switch to the " Security " area.
5. Now select " Password ", marked with the key symbol.
6. Enter your old password and your new password twice and confirm by tapping the blue tick in the top right corner. This will log you out of Instagram on all devices. In order to use the service, you have to log in again.

2. Go to " Change Password " on the left.
