Contacts cannot see your profile picture on WhatsApp or vice versa? This problem can easily be solved..

Can't see a chat partner's WhatsApp profile picture, or can't see your own picture? In this case, changing the data protection settings usually helps. Read what exactly you have to do in the following.

Open WhatsApp on your smartphone and tap on the three-point menu in the top right corner . On the iPhone, go to Settings in the lower right corner .

Then select the entry " Settings " from the menu .

Then tap on " Account ".

Then select " Data protection ".

Under the “ Who can see my personal information? ” Category, tap “ Profile picture ”.

You can't see your contacts' profile picture

There are several reasons why you cannot see your chat partner's WhatsApp profile picture. Maybe you accidentally blocked contact? • Check your internet connection. This problem is usually temporary and will resolve itself. If not, consider restarting your Wi-Fi router.
