You can also create signatures in Apple Mail and automatically attach them to every message.

How to create a signature in Apple Mail

1st step:

Open Apple Mail and go to " Mail " in the menu bar and then to " Settings ".

Open the " Signatures " tab . Select the email account you want to create your signature for.

To add a signature, click on the " + " symbol. You can give the signature a name so that you can tell different signatures apart. We call our signature " Personal ".

Enter the text you want for the signature. At the same time you have the option " Use standard font for e-mails ". If you activate this, the font that is set as the default in the settings in the " Font & Color " area is used for the selected signature . In addition, if you activate the " Set signature over quoted text " option, your signature will be added over the quoted text of the outgoing e-mail when replying and forwarding. If you compose an e-mail yourself, the newly created signature will automatically be inserted at the end.

To change the font color, select the text you want to highlight in color and right click on it. Go to “ Font ” in the menu and click on “ Show colors ” in the submenu . Select a color in the window and close the window.

Of course, you can also remove the signature again. To do this, navigate again via " Mail " and " Settings " to the " Signatures " tab . Select the signature to be deleted and then click the " - " symbol to delete it.
