How to allow or block popups on a specific site in Chrome
When Chrome blocks a popup, it displays a red X icon in the right corner of the address bar.
If we think it is an error and we want to see the pop-up windows (sometimes they are windows to log in or confirm some action) we can click on the icon to see the specific options that will only affect this site; We can choose “Always allow pop-ups and redirects” and click “OK”..
After this we are going to click on “Done” and proceed to update the page to be able to visualize the pop-up windows of the site.

How to block or allow specific sites
Chrome generally does a great job of blocking most pop-ups; but on some occasions you may accidentally allow some. We have the possibility to block all pop-up windows on a website before entering it.
To do this, we are going to have to click on the three points that are in the upper right corner and choose “Settings”.
Next, we will go to “Security and privacy” in the left sidebar.

A pop-up message will appear and we will have to put the URL of the web that we want to block. A little trick is to add [*.] as a subdomain to block everything from this site. The subdomain refers to “www.” or anything that comes before the domain name.
The web address and all its subdomains will be blocked. Obviously, if we want to allow all pop-up windows, what we will have to do is the same, only instead of doing it in the "Block" section we will do it in the "Allow" section.
