Enter the Play Store and download the Vidcompact application at the following link:

Once you have done it, click on the "Open" button to access the application:

You will appear on the next screen within the application. Click on the "Cut and compress" option located first.

Now you can see all the videos that are saved on your phone and how much they occupy. Select the one you want to compress by clicking on it

In the lower part of the video you can choose the resolution on the left side, and on the right side you will see the conversion of how much the same video occupies in the resolution you have chosen.
