Improve performance

One of the ways that you can improve the performance of Windows XP is stopping those services that are not visible to the human. In the background there are services and applications that may not be necessary. The way to stop these services is to go to the start button à execute à services.msc (write it):

A console of administration of services will appear and that they are those that are running in the background, when clicking on each service its description can be seen:

If you double click on each of the processes, a window with its respective options will be displayed:

There you can define that the service is executed in a manual, automatic or disabled way (disabling can be done in applications or services that are rarely used).

In the case of being a computer administrator, the service can be paused and resumed at another time.
