Samsung * Galaxy A50 and A51 - Take a screenshot * and save it - The Samsung * Galaxy A50 is after the Galaxy Fold Samsung's second surprise novelty at the MWC. Because it shows thatapart from its top model Galaxy S10 *, Samsung * has decided to offer smartphones with good technology and high-quality design even in the medium price range between 300 and 400 euros. After the disappointing  Galaxy A6* from 2018 you could briefly doubt it. With the Galaxy A50, Samsung is finally bringing a worthy successor to the popular bestseller Galaxy A5 (2017)? In fact, you could see the Galaxy A50 as an A5 model from 2019. Because with the new A-Class, Samsung is changing its name scheme: In the future there will be no more annual numbers, but two-digit model numbers. The successor will then be called A51, followed by A52 and so on.

There are two ways to take a  screenshot * with the Samsung Galaxy A9. A general article in the Samsung support section explains one of them. The  smartphone * does not have a home button, so the screen capture is as follows:

1. First call up the desired page.
2. Then hold down the  "On / Off button"  and the  "Volume down button"  simultaneously for about two seconds.
3. If the recording is successful, an acoustic, visual or vibrating signal follows.
4. The screen capture is automatically  saved in the "Screenshots" folder in the " Gallery" .

The second method is not listed on the Samsung homepage, but should also be possible for the smartphone *. Although there are no manuals for the smartphones yet.

1. Open the page from which the screenshot should be taken.
2. Then wipe the  edge of your hand  over more than  half of the screen , always keeping in touch with the screen *.
3. The recording is also signaled acoustically or visually and the photo is then in the  "Screenshot" folder in the gallery.

The swipe gesture function may have to be activated beforehand.

1. First open the  "Settings " menu.
2. Then  navigate to  "Movements + Gestures" .
3. There is the option  "Record by swiping".
4. This can be activated using the slider (to the right) or deactivated (to the left)
