How to clear the history of Run Windows 10
Step 1
From Run we enter "regedit" to go to the system registry editor:

In the editor we will go to the following route:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Explorer \ RunMRU

By selecting this key we will see each of the commands that have been executed from this Windows 10 function:

To delete the history, we must select only the values that have a letter (not MRUList or (default)), right-click on them and select "Delete":

The following warning window will be displayed:

We confirm the deletion by clicking Yes:
