With Windows 10, you can quickly and easily bring your screen into portrait format or turn it upside down. In the following, we will introduce you to two options that will make it work in no time at all.

Rotate the screen via the settings

If the key combination does not work immediately, you still have the option to rotate the screen via the Windows settings. To do this, follow our step-by-step instructions , the quick start guide or the explanatory video .

1st step:

Make a right click on a blank area of your desktop and select the context menu " display settings from".

2nd step:

Click on the field under " Orientation " and select one of the options, for example "Portrait".

3rd step:

You will now see a preview of the selected orientation. If everything is correct, confirm with " Keep ". If the orientation is not correct, click " Reset " or wait a few seconds. Then the screen is automatically rotated back to the previous setting.
