Having the information in our mobile phones safe is essential to preserve our privacy . We do not always have the risk of having on hand things we do not want to share with others. Just as you put a password to enter your social networks or close it for other users, on your mobile you must have control of who has access to it..
In corporate environments or if we live in a shared medium, it is more than likely that we do not want everyone to see certain content on our mobile. The reasons can be many, but the objective is to have a separate space where to have applications that are not easily known. One of the solutions offered by companies such as Xiaomi is the second space or private space . Something like a secondary account to have our apps hidden. Today we will see how we can create and deactivate that private space in Xiaomi Mi 8 Pro.

1. How to create double space or private user account in Xiaomi Mi 8 Pro
Let's see how to generate a new private space
Step 1
The first step will be to go to the "Settings" option that can be found on the main screen or in the application drawer.
Step 2
Once we have accessed the Settings panel, click on the option that we find under the name of “Second spaceâ€.
Step 3
In the new Window we can begin to configure the new space by clicking on “Activate the Second Spaceâ€
Step 4
Once the process of creating the space has begun, click on the first step “Continueâ€.
Step 5
For this second space we can establish a password pattern, a fingerprint or not put a security access. It is always advisable to differentiate spaces by placing at least one different pattern.
Step 6
Once we have configured the security options, to change between both spaces we will only have to block the terminal and access with the corresponding pattern to each space.
Note
To change between the different spaces we can do it by blocking the phone and setting the corresponding security option, or, using the icon that is created by default space change.
2. How to delete second user account on Xiaomi Mi 8 Pro
Step 1
We turn to the Settings option of our Xiaomi Mi 8 screen.
Step 2
We look for the option of “Second space†among all available.
Step 3
In the new screen that appears we can look at an icon in the upper right part in the form of a bin. Click on this icon.
Step 4
Now a warning message will appear asking if we are sure we want to delete the second space created. Keep in mind that all application data found there will be deleted. If so, choose "Delete."
Note
If we are in the second space and we want to eliminate it, the route will be different. We will enter “Settings - Second space - Delete Second space†to be able to erase it completely or choose what we want to keep from this second space.
In this simple way we can have a new private space in our Xiaomi Mi 8 Pro and thus have the content we want protected..
